I was born in England. Then my family moved to America when I was 10. I’m tall, and I have a gentle face. My hair is dark brown but there is not too much left on the top of my head. I used to be a sportsman with a strong body, but now my muscles have become soft, and my stomach is getting a little larger each year.

Analysis: Not too much here refers to the hair. The past participle phrase is used to modify the pronoun much.
Translation: 我的头发是暗褐色的,但头顶上剩下的头发已不太多了。
