    Para. 6a There is a new equality in relationships between men and women. Women have changed and men must adapt to these changes. The new equality can be seen in attitudes to higher education, for example. A young married man no longer asks his wife “Where will you work to put me through school?”

    equality
    n. 平等
    e.g.

    equal
    adj.同样的;相等的 If two things are equal or if one thing is equal to another, they are the same in size, number, standard, or value.
    e.g.
    a. Research and teaching are of equal importance.

    b. Investors can borrow an amount equal to the property's purchase price.
    投资者可以获得与房产购买价格相等的借款额。

    e.g.
    a. These plants have adapted themselves to thedesert conditions.
