英语中有一些表示否定意义的前缀，如：“de-”表示 “离开，除去“， 如 deport; 表示 “非，相反”，如课文中出现的deconstruct.“in-”附在形容词以及由该形容词派生而来的词之前，表示“不，非”如课文中出现的incapable.
