  AIRPORT FEE
      Each international passenger leaving the territory of the people's Republic of China has to pay an airport fee. Passengers holding diplomatic passports, transit passengers stopping at the transit point within 24hours and children under 12 years of age are exempt from the airport fee.
REFUND
      If a passenger is unable to take the flight specified on his ticket due to either the airline's or the passenger's own fault, he or she may ask for a refund according to the regulation. Such a refund can be made only at the place where the ticket was bought or another place approved
by the airline.
FREE BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE BY PIECE ª¥
      The free baggage allowance by piece applies to Chinaª²USA and Chinaª²Canada international flights. The free baggage allowance for each full fare or half fare first class and business class passenger is two pieces and the sum of the length, width and height of each piece must not exceed 62 in (158cm). The free baggage allowance for each economy class or discounted tourist class is two pieces, and the sum of the length, width and height of each piece must not exceed 62 in (158cm), or the sum of the length, width and height of the two pieces of baggage must not exceed 107 in (273 cm) and the weight of each piece must not exceed 32kg. An infant paying 10% of the adult fare is allowed one piece of free baggage and the sum of its length, width and height must not exceed 45 in (115cm). In addition, a collapsible pram or light baby carrier may be carried free as checked baggage. Any baggage in excess of the free baggage allowance by piece or by the sum of its length, width and height will be charged accordingly.
