Notes:
　　1. Reserve/make a reservation: to arrange for a ticket or lodgings in advance; book预定；预约 事先安排购票和住宿等事务 eg. I have reserved seats at that restaurant for our dinner tonight. ( 我已经在那家餐馆为我们的晚餐预订了座位)
Before you travel to a new place, you’d better reserve a room by calling a hotel there. (旅行到一个陌生地方前，最好打电话给酒店预订房间)
　　2. Check.:
1. 检查；核对 eg: Please check on the name at the information (请到服务台核实姓名)
2. 寄存;暂放 Check your coat at the door. 把你的外套寄存在入口处。
check in: （飞机）办理搭乘手续（旅馆） 办理住宿手续(打卡）上班
check out: （旅馆） 退房（打卡）下班
　　3. available : (present or ready for use;accessible;)可用的，可得到的，有空的 （常用作表语或后置定语）
eg:
1.There is no more money available for the trip.
这次旅行再没钱可花了。
2. There are a great variety of items available in this shop.
这家商店有各种各样商品供认们选择。
3. Sorry, Mr Evans isn’t available now, can I take a message?
对不起，埃文思先生现在无法接听电话，我能给你捎个信吗？
　　4. “Just a moment, pleas…Ok, I don’t mind”: 这里“I don’t mind”又可说做“take your time”, 更符合口语习惯，意思是“慢慢来，别着急”。
　　5. first or economy: 口语中的省略用法， 指代first class （头等舱） economy class （ 经济舱）
　　6. fare: 交通费用a transportation expense, such as cab fare(计程车费)， air fare( 机票费用) bus fare( 公共汽车费)
