Stewardess: What’s your number, sir?
Passenger: It is 40A.
S: That will be four rows up on the right. It’s the window seat. Is this your bag?
P: Oh, yes. Can I put it on the rack?
S: Well, it’s too big. It might fall down and hurt somebody. Could you place it under your seat?
P: Sure. Would you please help me adjust the air flow ? I feel a bit cold.
S: Yes. You just turn the knob here above you in whichever direction you like. You can also shut it off by turning it tightly to the right. Would you like a blanket?
P: Yes, thank you. Excuse me, miss, I’m not feeling very well. I’d like to lie back and take a rest. But I don’t know how to adjust my seat.
S: There’s a button here on your armrest. Just push it and lean back at the same time.
P: Thank you. Can I have something hot to drink?
S: Yes, of course. What would you prefer?
P: Coffee, please.
