Waiter: Good morning. Shengjia Restaurant. May I help you?
服务生：早上好，这里是盛家餐厅。有什么为您效劳的？
Guest: Yes, I’d like to reserve a table for dinner.
客人：啊，我想预定一张今晚的餐位。
W: Certainly, sir. What time would you like your table, sir?
服：好的，先生。您想订几点的？
G: I’m not sure, perhaps around 6 p.m.
客：我也说不准，大概今晚六点左右吧。
W: Fine! How many in your party?　　 服：好！请问几位用餐？
G: A party of six.　　 客：六位。
W: Well, I’ll reserve a table for six at 6 p.m. sir. May I have your name please?
服：哦，先生我给您预留今晚六点的六人餐桌。请问先生怎么称呼？
G: Yes, Li Nan.　　 客：李南。
W: Thank you, Mr. Li.　　 服：谢谢，李先生。
G: Oh, any chance of a table by the window?
客: 哦，能不能留一个靠窗的位子。
W: We have already received may bookings and though I cannot guarantee anything, please be assured that we’ll try our best, Mr. Li. I hope you’ll understand.
服：我们已经接到了好多预定，所以我不能向您保证，不过请相信我们会尽力的。希望您能够理解。
G: I do, but I would appreciate it, if it could be arranged.
客：我理解。但是如果可以安排的话，十分感谢。
