			More About Adverbial Clauses of Time 除了以when, as, since, 等引导的时间状语从句外，还可以由以下的成分引导时间状语从句。 A) 由一个名词从句像“the first time”, “(the) next time”, “the third time”, “the last time”, “the moment”, “the minute” or “the instant”. 1. Next time you find yourself in an ethnically awkward situation, take a lesson from the diplomatic delegates to Europe’s Common Market. 一旦你下次遇到令人难堪的种族问题时，那就请你效仿一下派驻欧洲经济共同市场的那些外交代表吧。 2. The moment she dashed out of the store, her arms were grabbed by two detectives. 她在冲出商店的瞬间，胳膊被两名侦探抓住了。 3. Tell him to come the first chance he gets. 告诉他一有机会就来吧。 B) 一个名词短语或一个副词 + after / before 1. Two hours after she returned home, she received a long-distance call. 她到家两个小时后，接到一个长途电话。 1. Shortly after she left school, she found a job in Shanghai. 走出校门后不久，她在上海找到了一份工作。 2. The boy was born three days before his father died. 这孩子出生三天后，他的爸爸就去世了。 3. Professor Wu had explored that area long before the government decided to exploit it. 吴教授对该地区探索研究了很长时间以后，政府决定开发利用它。
