Dear Sir,
We enclose the completed application form
for an entry visa to enable Mr. Chen Jie, the Marketing Manager of
the Corporation, to visit Thailand.
Mr. Chen will be leaving Beijing on 5th August
for a business tour of the Southeastern Asia and, subject to issue
of the necessary visa, proposes to arrive in Bangkok on August 7th
or 8th and to stay for about fourteen days, and then he will leave
for Singapore. His address in Bangkok will be the Natai Hotel.
The purpose of Mr. Chen’s visit to Thailand
is to gain some information about recent developments in agriculture
business in order to explore possibilities of increasing trade between
our two countries. Our corporation would guarantee Mr. Chen’s financial
security during his stay in Thailand and payment of all expenses he
may incur.
I enclose the following supporting documents:
(1) Mr. Chen’s passport.
(2) A check for the visa fee of .
(3) A registered stamped, addressed envelope
for return of the passport.
