to reckon up: to find the total of 总计; 结算
1.He reckoned up the bill. 他结了帐。
2.They had reckoned their expenses up. 他们已经结算了所有的费用。
to reckon with sb. :
1)to deal with 处理
1. How should we reckon with those ringers ?
我们如何来处理那些替考的人?
2.He didn’t know how to reckon with the theft.
他不知道如何来处理这个小偷。
2)to take into account 考虑
1.As for this matter,we’d better reckon with him.
就这件事而言,我们得把他考虑在内。
2.She is certainly the right one to be reckoned with.
她是个不可忽视的人。
to reckon on /upon sb./sth.: to depend on 依赖

2) method 方法;手段
