Summary of the Text

Three rules:

1. Don’t get behind in written work.
    There is no good excuse for your getting behind in a certain course.
    If you get behind, try to catch up.

2. Don’t be afraid to mark in textbooks.
    Look at the table of contents before reading.
    Underline the most important points.
    Compare your class notes with the textbook, make proper changes.

3. Don’t let tests terrify you.
    Regard a test as a game.
    Budget your time.
    Do the easy part first.
