Synopsis


This is the continuation of the previous interview. It should be pointed out that interviewers must learn what questions to ask in order to keep the interview going in the right way. And when he gets a satisfactory answer , he should turn to another topic to continue the interview.

In this part Dr. Mirkin suggests starting exercise at a level one can maintain and trying to increase it to an intensity that one¡¯s heart can stand. Another two relevant topics ---diet and drugs are dealt with at the close of the interview.
