1. Do we usually have fixed ideas about folks from other races? If so, please give an example.

Yes, from reading, we get fixed ideas about different folks. For example, a typical Japanese woman, according to our view, should wear kimono and clogs with white porcelain face.

2. Do these fixed ideas sometimes go wrong when we apply them in judging individual persons?
