Covered Wagon Days




The bread dough was patted out of size of the kettle and an inch thick. The oven was heated by placing it over a bed of a hot coals, and more coals were placed on the lid, which shows the need of the rim to keep them from falling off.

将做面包的面团轻轻拍成铁锅大小,一英寸厚. 把锅放在烧红的煤上加热,再在锅盖上放一些煤,因此锅盖要有一英寸高的盖沿,以便把煤挡住,不让它们掉下来.
