1. Which of Mr. Stone¡¯s teaching methods and teaching views make a notable impact on us? Why?

Teaching was an art to Mr. Stone. He involved the students in exciting classroom discussions, made efforts to awaken their passion for learning and encouraged them to experience life by browsing among literary works. He did not require the students to agree with his opinions but urged them to express their own creative ideas.

2. What has made Mr. Stone unforgettable teacher to his students?

Mr. Stone was a man with wide scope of knowledge, whose unique way of teaching and confidence in his students had made him an unforgettable teacher to the students.

Mr. Stone gave brief introductions to great books or characters.
